Career Match September 1, 2008 Really very well put together in a simple format. They take the Myers-Briggs type personality types and simply it into a primary color code. Well done and effective book. Good for anyone looking for a career or career change. Do What You Are, is another such book, but a little more detailed and complex. I really liked the simplicity of Career Match.
Informative!! June 6, 2008 I found this book to be very informative, but it was also so much fun that I couldn't put it down. The self-assessment test was very user-friendly and helpful.I was given a list of jobs that are good fits for me as a "Green/Gold Introvert".Although, as the book says, the list is not exhaustive, I did find it helpful, as well as informative.Pick up a copy and see what you think!!!

I work as a career consultant and will utilize this book with clients. It is a great re-thinking of some more standard and longer personality assessments. I took the quiz myself and read the pertinent chapters and they were right on the money as to my perfect employment.
