If you are looking for a cook book centering on cooking for a large group (as I was), this is not it. It is a short-ish novel about a single mother developing a catering business. It is a bit simplistic and does not provide helpful guidelines for developing your own business. Be aware that much of what she does in the book could not be done in most states. For all of that, it is an inspirational story about a young mother who makes something of her life.
